TOPIC: [Deathrun] Official Warning Appeal

Story/Situation - I was given an official warning for not fulfilling my lead team duties
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? Personally I understand why I was given the official but I also think it's unfair, here's my reasoning...

I've never been given a staff warning whilst I've been staff on Deathrun so I think giving an official is a bit over the top, not my decision but still, my point stands. I do my absolute best on deathrun and I seek out every opportunity to help people when I can, The recent report abuse on Evouqe was not handled until I messaged Annie to do it (I could not because I was away without a computer). I really wish I could train new staff members but I can't because I have to go to my boat as soon as the meeting ends and when I'm on my boat I don't have a computer to do anything on, again I really wish I could train new and promoted staff members but I can't because I have to go away every time. In meetings, I do my best with straw polls ( I understand that's not really a LT job but it proves I want to help and am not being lazy) and replying to applications and doing outcomes. I've done straw polls every single week since I was promoted to admin which was 3 months and 3 weeks ago. Lately, I have helped countless people in-game and out of game whether that's because a staff member has been doing their job wrong or they have been acting incorrectly or they need help with something else. 3 days ago I handled an appeal so it's not like I've stopped doing my job it's just deathrun doesn't get that many reports/appeals so I can't deal with them and even then I've handled the most staff reports out of most of the current lead team, but I'm the one who was punished. I'd like to point out as well that I go to Biwx and inform him about bugs and exploits that can be fixed more than anyone and I do my best to make sure deathrun is clean of them.

I really seriously wish I could train new and promoted staff members but I physically am incapable of doing so because I have to go to my boat every weekend as soon as the meeting ends, and I even let the rest of the lead team know about this so it's not like they're un aware.

I'd like to point out again that I am fine with their decision but I can't help but think that an official is too much and that I have indeed been doing my job as a head administrator on deathrun, thank you very much for reading this, have a nice day.

An official does seem a bit harsh, I think you deserve another chance.

As Bazaraxe was away and did do his job whenever he could (by the way, I do not believe doing strawpolls really counts lol), I don't believe this to be entirely valid.

Seems odd to me that you would get a warning for that. Like you said deathrun doesn't get that many reports/appeals so it can be difficult at times to actually do any lead team duties.

Surely another lead team member should give you a verbal if they don't think you are doing what you are supposed to do.

Just to clear everything up, Baz hasn't done ANYTHING in the past few weeks leading up to this official. He doesn't train and is very rarely on the server (He failed to get his activity up, I know you had reasons but I don't think anyone was aware. Correct me if I'm wrong there). He does strawpolls in the meetings but that is it. You have stated multiple times saying you wish you were able to train but you cant etc but you knew that is what you are required to do when you became a lead team member. This is why you have been issued an official warning as you struggle to do the necessary duties which you have stated yourself. Personally, I think this official warning is perfectly valid as since you became SA, I've seen you do very little. I stated this on your HA application and my opinion doesn't differ.

Sure I will correct you, because you are infact very wrong. I tell the lt after every meeting that I have to leave my house and that I wont be able to train, now you have the decency to come here and tell me that "No one was aware".

+ ban/warn appeals, Exploit and bugs reports, training people and helping people countless times with staff members or ingame issues.

I've worked so hard since I got SA but deathrun barely ever gets any staff reports and I've done most of the ones that have actually been posted, ingame I have dealt with staff countless times, INFACT I was on earlier today and I had to remind 2 staff members of the advertising rule, am I doing my job yet?

EDIT: I'm sorry I'm upset but I'm just annoyed that I was given an official without anyone messaging me on steam ONCE about my "lacking in my duties as LT", if I were to have been spoken to about this I wouldn't have cared and would have tried my best to step my game up even more.

Tbh I agree with dezmond. True he handled a couple of appeals. But that is basically all he has done. It's simply a waste to have him as an HA.

I dont know why you have a official warning.. You're one of the best staff members that really tries to help out the people.. And if you have a break or something cmon..

I'm on your side if you haven't been verbally told "Hey can you get your activity up, as a Head Admin we need you to fulfil your role" etc.
