Story/Situation - I was given an official warning for not fulfilling my lead team duties
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? Personally I understand why I was given the official but I also think it's unfair, here's my reasoning...

I've never been given a staff warning whilst I've been staff on Deathrun so I think giving an official is a bit over the top, not my decision but still, my point stands. I do my absolute best on deathrun and I seek out every opportunity to help people when I can, The recent report abuse on Evouqe was not handled until I messaged Annie to do it (I could not because I was away without a computer). I really wish I could train new staff members but I can't because I have to go to my boat as soon as the meeting ends and when I'm on my boat I don't have a computer to do anything on, again I really wish I could train new and promoted staff members but I can't because I have to go away every time. In meetings, I do my best with straw polls ( I understand that's not really a LT job but it proves I want to help and am not being lazy) and replying to applications and doing outcomes. I've done straw polls every single week since I was promoted to admin which was 3 months and 3 weeks ago. Lately, I have helped countless people in-game and out of game whether that's because a staff member has been doing their job wrong or they have been acting incorrectly or they need help with something else. 3 days ago I handled an appeal so it's not like I've stopped doing my job it's just deathrun doesn't get that many reports/appeals so I can't deal with them and even then I've handled the most staff reports out of most of the current lead team, but I'm the one who was punished. I'd like to point out as well that I go to Biwx and inform him about bugs and exploits that can be fixed more than anyone and I do my best to make sure deathrun is clean of them.

I really seriously wish I could train new and promoted staff members but I physically am incapable of doing so because I have to go to my boat every weekend as soon as the meeting ends, and I even let the rest of the lead team know about this so it's not like they're un aware.

I'd like to point out again that I am fine with their decision but I can't help but think that an official is too much and that I have indeed been doing my job as a head administrator on deathrun, thank you very much for reading this, have a nice day.
