Story/Situation - What happened?
An innocent had gotten rdmed, killed the rdmer but didn't announce in chat. I ,the detective, got DNA from rdmer's body and killed him. The admin in question told me that that was RDM because I wasn't the one to id the body.

You had no proof as to the fact that the user who killed the person you got DNA from was killing them without reason. By the rules, if the body is identified when you find it, you must question the user as to why they killed the person. You may only straight up kill them if the body was unidentified.
