TOPIC: [TTT] Warn Appeal - Noxchi

Warning reason: Warned me for RDM and Invalid response to report.
Server: TTT server.
Story/Situation:
Player "Slorgroth the Slitherer" Chased me and I gave him 5 warnings in chat and in Voice chat, and he still followed me, so I decided to KOS him. Later he reported me and tried to lie on the report saying I RDMed him for no reason because he couldn't "Move" although he was circling me.
I responded fully to his false accusation but I had too many characters(over 150). And I didn't get the report back up for some reason, So I assumed it was over. 2 hours later when I relogged again because the game crashed on me, I got the report back up, And i typed jibberish in it thinking it was over and done ([Mod] Yogi Bear confirmed it wasn't RDM). Then TheXnator slayed me and warned me twice for something he had no clue about even when I told him the story.

Extra Information: TheXnator isn't doing a good job being an Admin.

i was online when this happen and in team-speak with noxchi, noxchi asked me if following was kosable with my reply warn him 3 times if he doesnt listen you can kos, noxchi warned 5 times in chat for slorgroth to stop following which he did not listen once.
when he reported noxchi i see it pop up saying noxchi is answering the report, unfortunately his reply was to long on submission he told me straight away on team-speak i tryed to force him to reply again which failed. there was nothing i could do to handle the report at that time.

personally noxchi did nothing wrong if i could have handled the report at the time it took place he wouldnt have been warned for invalid report or rdm without reason.
