i was online when this happen and in team-speak with noxchi, noxchi asked me if following was kosable with my reply warn him 3 times if he doesnt listen you can kos, noxchi warned 5 times in chat for slorgroth to stop following which he did not listen once.
when he reported noxchi i see it pop up saying noxchi is answering the report, unfortunately his reply was to long on submission he told me straight away on team-speak i tryed to force him to reply again which failed. there was nothing i could do to handle the report at that time.

personally noxchi did nothing wrong if i could have handled the report at the time it took place he wouldnt have been warned for invalid report or rdm without reason.
