Story - Well, i was driving my car at the Streets of your Map, then i accidently run that guy over, because he was not more then 1 pixel on the Sidewalk, well there was also a few people who saw that wich names i don't remember, sorry. But im mad, why would you take me to a sit, if i accidently drive over you, i mean it's okay, but then don't stay on the freaking street -.-. Well, as the server was really laggy, due to massive Players Online, i couldn't really press the brake, i tried it but due to the Lags nothing happened. ( no fps lag) Yea then i got also banned for LTAP, when we was already done with the sit, and he just moved me away. I couldn't understand it, why would it be LTAP, i already got punished (warn) so thats stupid of your side, and not mine. If you would have warned me before you moved me away, you would have done it, and not after you move me away. So, yeah i just wan't to say sorry for this, but dude why am i the one, whos getting treated else than everyone else? If someone runs someone over, he's getting a verbal Warning, and not just Physguning the guy then warning him, physgunin him away then i left, and you say LTAP.. Aswell, when i tried to explain everything you just continued and didn't let me talk, you just gave me a Warning.. and said "No story needed (or explanation or something like that)" It's just stupid how Admins think, they can do everything.

Look dude , Firstly I agree with you as he has no right to actually take you for CDM IF AND ONLY IF You were in the road and so was the person you CDM , AND/OR the server was laggy for you , thats one ,next is if he didnt let you explain yourself then you have the FULL RIGHT to make a report on him , as a staff member he must listen and understand you , thats me talking with him being a Moderator . Spooderman is a admin , personally you should go and make a report on that.

Finally I think your sentence should either removed or lowered

Well 14 hours isn't much in my opinion. And why he would bring you to a sit is because it's called CDM. On server 1 people must stop the car for people on the road. But you're quite unlucky that you met a staff member who actually does something about that....

You were extremely disrespective in the sit, cdm'ed loads+ you left the server whilst in a sit wich is LTAP (you were freezed)


M8, Server 1 has a no CDM policy, he cdm'ed multiple. Your car, your responsibilty (plus if it's laggy you shouldnt drive at all) And no he doesnt have the right to report me since i banned him with for a legitimate reason. I listened to him and i understood him but he was apparantly too angry, he ltapped. +Pls dont bullshit next time

I fully agree Spodermon. Personally i Think you did good and if he got mad then it's his fault and should not get unbanned if it's not even 1 week. He got plenty of time to Think about what he did.
