Look dude , Firstly I agree with you as he has no right to actually take you for CDM IF AND ONLY IF You were in the road and so was the person you CDM , AND/OR the server was laggy for you , thats one ,next is if he didnt let you explain yourself then you have the FULL RIGHT to make a report on him , as a staff member he must listen and understand you , thats me talking with him being a Moderator . Spooderman is a admin , personally you should go and make a report on that.
