Warning Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)? Rdm In a sit while out of rp?

Server - Which Server did this occur on? Server one.

Story/Situation (What Happened?) - So what happened was, I come up to my top story hotel roof house to find Phoebe in their somehow, I Kos'ed Phoebe since she was on my land like everyone else would, At this point we are making drugs with BIB, Phoebe tp'ed back and asked me why I killed him, I state why and he went afk asking something apparently. At this point we were about to raid and Sister is still their. Their was no sit like I said because I explained why and he never said anything, He was still a guard and he had been kosing anyone shooting at their base since he was a guard of the "Bank" Do not know which one since their were two. I then killed phoebe since the raid was about to start and he would have been killed anyways from defenders ect, He then said " I was out of rp " And froze me and we had to wait and we were just walking dead men at this point since we had drugs in open land. I was then pretty mad at this point since I had a valid reason to kill him in the first place and it was his fault for being on my roof ( What I owned doors too )

I just wanted to resolve this and I did try and say sorry and apologise but apparently I didn't mean it when I did since he asked if I said sorry he would remove the warning, I did say sorry but It wasn't enough apparently so he ended the sit.

Alright, let me chime in before I go to sleep
I'll upload my video tomorrow it clearly was a sit since I TPed after you killed me and said "I'll ask an SA" later on. If I where to be there in RP, I would've been abusing and breaking NLRB.
After this I gave you a chance to apologise yet you failed to do so properly by accepting that it was a sit.
I needed to stay there so chuteUK could spectators me and gain context. I even noclipped at some points and froze you

It was clearly a sit, you fail to realise that. Even Bib will agree
Edit: written on a phone and I will upload the WHOLE situation recorded tomorrow, not just a small snippet that shows nothing of the entire situation and is very cherry picked

Soxey teleported to you and even in your own story you're saying things that are sufficient for you to get a warning, killing someone simply because they would've been killed once the raid started is a strange way to go about things. If he was there you should've waited for him to come back as obviously if he teleported to the location it wasn't in RP.

In the future make sure to pay attention to what is going on before shooting people.
