Staff Members Name - Who Warned You? Sister Phoebe #GrillPower

Warning Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)? Rdm In a sit while out of rp?

Server - Which Server did this occur on? Server one.

Story/Situation (What Happened?) - So what happened was, I come up to my top story hotel roof house to find Phoebe in their somehow, I Kos'ed Phoebe since she was on my land like everyone else would, At this point we are making drugs with BIB, Phoebe tp'ed back and asked me why I killed him, I state why and he went afk asking something apparently. At this point we were about to raid and Sister is still their. Their was no sit like I said because I explained why and he never said anything, He was still a guard and he had been kosing anyone shooting at their base since he was a guard of the "Bank" Do not know which one since their were two. I then killed phoebe since the raid was about to start and he would have been killed anyways from defenders ect, He then said " I was out of rp " And froze me and we had to wait and we were just walking dead men at this point since we had drugs in open land. I was then pretty mad at this point since I had a valid reason to kill him in the first place and it was his fault for being on my roof ( What I owned doors too )

I just wanted to resolve this and I did try and say sorry and apologise but apparently I didn't mean it when I did since he asked if I said sorry he would remove the warning, I did say sorry but It wasn't enough apparently so he ended the sit.
