TOPIC: [SSRP] Clarky's False warns

Story/Situation (What Happened?) - So me and ken were 1v1 ing hurting nobody else he and i were both ok with getting killed clarky picks me up brings me to a roof and i said its for fun ask him and he said either way its rdm and warned me even though ken him self also said that we were doing it for fun. After that i got a bit salty and cursed a bit while walking away he brings me to himself mutes me for 5 minutes warns me while i technicly had no recent warnings
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? I think that clarky should be spoken to as he just warned so fast didnt even take time to talk and doesnt even get the situation straight and i can insure you he 1v1's with his friends also for the bants.

1v1 is rdm random death match you had no rp reason to do it u should know the rules you are ex admin next time make an f1 and ask to go to admin area

So I join the server, I see you suddenly RDM someone so I took you to a roof. You claim to be having 1v1 in spawn which is also quite a stupid idea seeming that a lot of people will be at spawn. Anyways I warned you for RDM then I place you back down and you run off calling me a fucking bitch so I took you back up and told you off for the disrespect, with a mute and warn as your punishment.

I don't see how these are false warnings so please back up your point with proof or this is going be denied once I have spoken to whoever is handling this.
