I don't know how many times people need to be told this. Staff are not robots they need to spend time having fun with the community and are there to help out when they can, just because an F1 isn't being handled the second it is made doesn't mean the staff members on are not busy with something else. As a ex-staff member you should know this. Also judging a whole team of staff on a few members is not the best thing to do as most of them try their best to help players.
