TOPIC: Unwarn Appeal Elemental

Story/Situation - There was a grand total of zero staff on the server, many players take this opportunity to break the rules as they see fit. This situation begins with Goddavey_NL and I driving around the map racing our vehicles. We do this for around 10 - 15 minutes prior to the warning. Again at this point, no member of staff were to be seen. We so happened to take the road which passes spawn, unaware of the players standing there prop abusing and doing as they wish. However, when we pass spawn. A certain player chooses to RDM me in my vehicle. He then moves towards my car after I spawn which I believe he was trying to take it. Now in the server rules it states that one cannot Carjack in a roleplaying situation. I will stress that there was no member of staff online whilst this player had RDM'ed and Carjacked me. So the only way I saw fit is to fight for my car back. At this point CyberGaming01 seems to have spawned and watch me start shooting for my possession back. Without hesitation, he froze me where I stood, refused to listen to anything I had to say, and proceeded to warn me. He spoke on mic stating something about issuing me with a warning, and I had replied that I couldn't really hear him. After receiving my warning he disappears, without waiting to hear one word from me. Now, you may tell me that staff word is final as it is stated in the rules. However, I was once a HeadAdmin, trust me when I say, I know the rules of RDM and NLR, but I also know how to be fair. He did not listen to me. He was not even interested in hearing one word from my mouth. Warns me, doesn't care about the other player involved in this. [which I cannot name as I am unsure]

Extra Information - I do not agree with this member of staff and his decision. I also believe that many of the staff and their commitments to the Zarp community need to be revised. I hear constant complaints about staff members not being fair, consistent or even actively doing their job. Zarp Gaming, see this as a formal complaint, many of your current staff lack what the server and the community actually need. I recommend that they be reconsidered.

Whilst I can agree to the warning being a bit harsh it's still against the rules and given that you were punished there were active staff on the serve, nonetheless I will speak to Cyber when I see him.

Anyone else that sees Cyber before this has been handled may also handle it if they wish to do so.

I would also like to add that I have multiple screenshots of logs which involve CyberGamin01 freezing, unfreezing, jailing, muting and slaying multiple players on the server after dealing with my situation. If this isn't dealt with in a serious manner, I will take this further.

That kid literally abuses to fuck, he got me many false warns.

Does anyone have an update for me regarding this matter please?

Yo Elemental I know you've been around just as long as me or longer and you K ow your shit, but you could of easily waited until he took the car or tried to blow it up, if he RDMD you, you should of just ran over hopped in the car and raced off there was plenty of other situations this could of been handled. Although this is a little harsh breaking rules to stop rule breakers especially on a small count like this is still not allowed. If the player was Mass RDMING anD Spawn killing and prop pushing or spamming tbh killing him wouldn't even get you a talking to.

Moral of the story is don't break rules to stop rule breakers especially when it isn't that big of a deal but I get where you are coming from when you did this but just be careful and if something like this happens again just think it through and think of another way to handle it.
