We haven't managed to speak to CyberGaming properly, so I'll go ahead and handle this appeal without him.

So as you clearly admitted you broke rules to combat another rule break, obviously this is still a rule break nonetheless, you could say the warning was a bit harsh, but as a staff member, If CyberGaming felt a warning was needed then a warning was needed, I will stick by my staffs side through anything, and you rule broke, therefore I fail to see how this warning wasn't justified.

Regarding the last part of your post, it's something us as a lead team has recognized and we are doing our very best to try and resolve the situation and improve the staff team.

As for the appeal, I will be denying this as I previously said, you admitted clearly that this was a rule break, and obviously rule breaks are not tolerated at all, even if another rule break took place.
