Story - What happend?
Basicly im making constructive criticism posts on the fourms and morgan keeps removing them with no valid reason, This clearly makes me pretty angry, and i end up going on TS they move me in they to explane some false reason as to why they are removing these posts ( 4 of them Now ) when i am bringing up valid statements and valid grounds for the post to stay up and it is not breaking TOU, Morgan then gives me a threat that he is going to ban me for it, and i poked him 1 time with his Real 1st name asking where's that ban?, Then i poked him again with his entire name, And Boom got moved and banned for 10 days, Now the backstory to why i got banned, "Morgan" was pissing me off on Minecraft i ended up useing his 1st name in chat, He contacted Vitx he said if i do it again i can be banned on minecraft for it, and longstory short never used it from that point, Now to this current time, He Moved me in and said "I told you to never use my IRL name again" and im banned for 10 days

Using morgan's real name is not reason to ban someone from TS, as it is Public information that he has publicly given out to me and other members

You were on constantly harassing me and Para on TS3, you've previously been punished for trying to harass me by using my IRL Name. I muted you on minecraft for continuing to do so after I kindly asked you to stop.

Your attitude is disgusting, you're behavior is anything but 'Legendary' , it's unacceptable and you use ZARP more than less as a median to harass people you don't like.

You do stupid shit, then pull the victim card like you've done nothing wrong and never had it coming, enough of it, grow up and admit to your childish mistakes.

I have spoken with the admin who banned you and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

first of all i wanted to state that your attitude yesterday on the teamspeak was very appalling and rude.
you were asked mulitple times to not call him by his real life name but rather by his zarp alias called morgan.
Your claim that he has been giving out his name freely is rather false
i decided to type his real life name in search and i got no positive results.
And even if he did share it with some one if he asks you to stop you should respect that.
instead you decided to join the channel and keep repeating his name constantly sharing personal info with every one in the channel
I IN PERSON did not know his real life name untill you blurted it down your mic.
You are lucky its only 10 days and not permanent .
You currently remain banned but We want you to re read the rules to prevent
this from happening again
The rules will be Provided down below

1 - No micspamming.
2 - No playing music unless permitted by those in your channel.
3 - Do not harass users.
4 - No recording. You can only record when another user is clearly breaking rules.
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
6 - Don't attempt to join private channels without permission, or meeting rooms.
7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.
8 - No racism, discrimination, etc.
9 - Don't follow people around channels, even if it's a public channel. If they move, you don't follow them unless they want you to.
10 - Don't impersonate staff. This includes having the same name as a staff m
