I have spoken with the admin who banned you and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

first of all i wanted to state that your attitude yesterday on the teamspeak was very appalling and rude.
you were asked mulitple times to not call him by his real life name but rather by his zarp alias called morgan.
Your claim that he has been giving out his name freely is rather false
i decided to type his real life name in search and i got no positive results.
And even if he did share it with some one if he asks you to stop you should respect that.
instead you decided to join the channel and keep repeating his name constantly sharing personal info with every one in the channel
I IN PERSON did not know his real life name untill you blurted it down your mic.
You are lucky its only 10 days and not permanent .
You currently remain banned but We want you to re read the rules to prevent
this from happening again
The rules will be Provided down below

1 - No micspamming.
2 - No playing music unless permitted by those in your channel.
3 - Do not harass users.
4 - No recording. You can only record when another user is clearly breaking rules.
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
6 - Don't attempt to join private channels without permission, or meeting rooms.
7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.
8 - No racism, discrimination, etc.
9 - Don't follow people around channels, even if it's a public channel. If they move, you don't follow them unless they want you to.
10 - Don't impersonate staff. This includes having the same name as a staff m
