I said niger in chat which isnt racism because NIGER IS A PLACE en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niger and bruce said so its not racism and these staff basically warned me for it

Context is important here. Loopholing is another problem.

What was the point of saying that countries name three times in chat? It sounds like you were trying to use it in another context making it inappropriate at that time.

Your exploiting the fact that it is a country so you can relate it to USA , England etc... The word "Niger" is very , very close to the racist word which is why you were warned for Racism. Yes if you randomly shout USA or England it's not racism but Niger is an exception because people will take it in context that you are saying the n word and are being racist.

What reason did you have to keep shouting Niger anyway? There was none , when we said that you were saying it in the wrong context and loopholing , you decided to reply with "You should go to school" or "You need to be educated". We know that Niger is a country but that doesn't change the fact that you are just saying it to get attention and are intentionally trolling by saying it over and over again for no apparent reason hiding behind the fact that it is a Country. This is loopholing.
