Your exploiting the fact that it is a country so you can relate it to USA , England etc... The word "Niger" is very , very close to the racist word which is why you were warned for Racism. Yes if you randomly shout USA or England it's not racism but Niger is an exception because people will take it in context that you are saying the n word and are being racist.

What reason did you have to keep shouting Niger anyway? There was none , when we said that you were saying it in the wrong context and loopholing , you decided to reply with "You should go to school" or "You need to be educated".
