TOPIC: Uban Appeal

You were warned multiple times to not hack.
You did anyways.

Your ban should be shortened to 2 months with no other chance at appealing but thats just my opinion.

He fucked up, but we all fuck up.
I def think that he deserves a second chance!

I don't know literally anything about DarkRP but I do know a lot about hacking, it's situations, psychology behind using it and it's ethics.

To make a very long reply short : You shouldn't be trusted. That's not saying you should be permanently banned again, but it is saying that by any means you don't deserve to come back as staff ever again, for any server even.

Hacking is very addictive, and it makes the person feel huge power. I used to hack when I was younger, and no matter for what game or community I hacked, no matter how sorry I was and how happy I was that I got more chances, I did it again and again. You feel power, and you want more of it. This can correlate to you applying for staff - to gain more power.

Looking into your case specifically, after reading all of the replies and your application itself, you were given a warning when you were hacking the first time, you SOMEHOW WITH A HACKING WARNING managed to get staff on the DarkRP server and now you got banned for hacking again. In my opinion, he seems to feel sorry for what he did, but it's a very high chance that he'll hack again.

Now, admins can go two ways with this.

1. Who cares? He hacked, he is untrusted and has damaged our server and wasted our time. Our community is very popular, why should we care about losing just 1 player? Plus, how would it look on us if we accepted hackers that hacked even after 2~ warnings to be trusted with staff responsibilities? We get mod applications daily, and this guy is too risky, we don't need to take him.

2. Well, we are a caring server, we would like to deal with your case, and even though you did hack, we feel sorry for you and you seem genuinely interested in the community and changing for the better.

In my own opinion, your time should be reduced to a month or less, you being somewhat supervised after unban and never given the ability to apply for staff again. This is however completely not up to me, and I wish you best luck with this case.

PS: Drop hacks. It's useless. I know from experience.

Deined. You were given a warning to stop hacking and you completely disregarded it and blatantly continued to hack. Your gonna have to serve your punishment a lot longer before I consider unbanning you. You can appeal again next month.
