Exactly, a second chance; yes.
With such a thing like hacking you shouldn't deserve more chances, with other things; yes, but that's a whoel other story.
Especially aimbotters, those are the worst in my opinion or people with ESP hacks. Just don't ruin the fun for others.

Totally understand what your saying, but sometimes people need to fall twice to understand what they did.
