TOPIC: Unwarn me pls

Time - How long were you warned for? this is from ban appeal so i cant get any answers for this one.
Story - What happend? So i was at car dealer and i got rdmed by someone and after NLR i came back and took my car and was driving. suddently, i started to lag a lot and i drived over someone but he was in the middle of the road.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? No sorry... i wish i had but my game crashed so i didnt reach to take any proof
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your warn. I wanna be unwarned becuse before that warn i was warned 1 week ago so i want unwarn so it will be 2 weeks ago total so i can apply for mod.

When you was raging at me over Steam, you told me that Eliminator did not listen and that the player jumped in front of your car.

Please right the TRUTH on your appeal.

If you got warned for CDM that is for the staff to unwarn you because it's one of the main rules, the eliminator is also a trusted staff so I don't think he would of warned you for no reason.

You cant just run over people on the road on S1

So, a guy made a F1 about you. I took it and we talked.

Here's what I read, heard and said.

When you were telling your side, I heard this:

1. Your first excuse was that he was in the middle of the road and it was ok to hit him, so you continued driving . I explained to you that the rules state that you have to actively avoid hitting them. Even if you do, you must brake. I would've told you to be more careful next time without a proper warning, but then after a few minutes you explained to me another excuse.

2. After the talk with the F1 maker, you told me that the CDM was because of lag, and so you weren't able to do anything. I got suspicious as you weren't sticking to the original story that you made at the start.

3. Near the end of the F1, you gave another excuse saying that he tried to make you CDM him by jumping out of the road to get you to hit him. I felt I had enough so I didn't want more excuses and decided to finish the story telling and get down to business.

I went through each story closely, including the F1 maker's, and came to the conclusion to warn you. I compared the logs, stories and actions during the F1, and finished it.

Your appeal also states that he broke NLR. I don't believe there was any NLR being involved. Also I was told that this all happened in spawn. I may be wrong, but I was collecting information.

You broke a rule, you need to own up to the punishment given and be cautious of when you drive.
