1. Your first excuse was that he was in the middle of the road and it was ok to hit him, so you continued driving . I explained to you that the rules state that you have to actively avoid hitting them. Even if you do, you must brake. I would've told you to be more careful next time without a proper warning, but then after a few minutes you explained to me another excuse.

2. After the talk with the F1 maker, you told me that the CDM was because of lag, and so you weren't able to do anything. I got suspicious as you weren't sticking to the original story that you made at the start.

3. Near the end of the F1, you gave another excuse saying that he tried to make you CDM him by jumping out of the road to get you to hit him. I felt I had enough so I didn't want more excuses and decided to finish the story telling and get down to business.

I went through each story closely, including the F1 maker's, and came to the conclusion to warn you. I compared the logs, stories and actions during the F1, and finished it.

Your appeal also states that he broke NLR. I don't believe there was any NLR being involved. Also I was told that this all happened in spawn. I may be wrong, but I was collecting information.
