Story -I was joking about selling steam games then i got banned while selling it to an admin that said "you wont get banned from this"

1.8 Sale of In Game Items - Other then for VIP the sale or trade of ingame items or currency. For items outside the server is prohibited.

Did you actually sell him anything? Because he broke a rule too, by buying it I guess?

First of all I was never going to buy anything off you Paramontana told me things about you bad things. So I was trying to get solid proof to ban you.. me , Morgan Dunne and Money Maker were trying to get you banned. With proof. My recording did not save but you were defo scamming and breaking rules by selling games for in game money.

Thats soo funny because you tested the code that i gave you and told me it didnt work (i gave him a false one because i didnt trust him) so dont lie!

KoonCite you tried to sell multiple people games, even me. You also have a history of scamming.

Wolfjie to me it looked like you were trying to make a deal with KoonCite, you didn't ban him even with valid proof. You told me you just talked about game prices and such.

I have spoken to the staff member responsible for your suspension and we have come to the following conclusion:

Selling out of game items for ingame cash is a violation in itself, but then scamming the user is not just breaking the rules; its breaking the law. Tyler also tells me that you have been warned for doing this before, which clearly means that you knew what you where doing was wrong. This makes your appeal a lie which will only make your ban duration longer.

That being said, Zarp doesnt permaban for anything else than trying to cause server issues, things such as DDOS Threats and propspamming.

Considering this i will lower your ban to 5 weeks, not because what you did was right, but because the ban length should have been shorter in the first place, you may only appeal this ban if you agree to tell the truth.
