I have spoken to the staff member responsible for your suspension and we have come to the following conclusion:

Selling out of game items for ingame cash is a violation in itself, but then scamming the user is not just breaking the rules; its breaking the law. Tyler also tells me that you have been warned for doing this before, which clearly means that you knew what you where doing was wrong. This makes your appeal a lie which will only make your ban duration longer.

That being said, Zarp doesnt permaban for anything else than trying to cause server issues, things such as DDOS Threats and propspamming.

Considering this i will lower your ban to 5 weeks, not because what you did was right, but because the ban length should have been shorter in the first place, you may only appeal this ban if you agree to tell the truth.
