Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? rdm to rip a suit

Story - What happened? i was going on and about doing my job as an fbi on ssrp and i came across an advanced combat suit which appeared to have been holding a gun with no hesitation i eliminated the acs swiftly and continued my job as per normal
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? None
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. After further investigation it has come to my knowledge that the acs was not wielding any sort of weapon machinery and i have been wrong on that part during the sit i refused to issue a refund due to my financial zarp situation at the time after taking a good break off said server i have come to the conclusion to fully refund the acs and apologize for my actions which were unfair on both the staff team and the player i killed i'd like to apologize again to Leksa (the player i rdmed) it wasnt my intention to random death match the suit i just mistakenly saw a weapon that wasn't there and im more than happy to give you an acs back

callm no longer knows the new rules you can't be banned for having rdm a suit, it's sad

I just want to add my two cents:

Just because you are a police officer and someone is wearing a suit or holding a gun, does not mean you are to shoot them with the intent to kill the instant you see them. You should always try to arrest the person first, unless the suspect is resisting or fighting back, as per the server rules under job description of police jobs:

I feel like this part of the server rules is largely overlooked by the majority of the playerbase, as for them to have plausible deniability when RDMing suits

I have to agree with the attempt to arrest part, but I feel like this is kinda outdated, civil protection's goal is to keep criminals from attempting to the lives of people and it seems a little pointless to me to run after a suit with such a jump power and movement speed. For that reason I would consider it appropriate to immediately damage the suit if it's holding a dangerous weapon and using it, or if the police aren't 100% sure they can deal with it peacefully.
It's just my opinion don't feel forced to care
