I have to agree with the attempt to arrest part, but I feel like this is kinda outdated, civil protection's goal is to keep criminals from attempting to the lives of people and it seems a little pointless to me to run after a suit with such a jump power and movement speed. For that reason I would consider it appropriate to immediately damage the suit if it's holding a dangerous weapon and using it, or if the police aren't 100% sure they can deal with it peacefully.
It's just my opinion don't feel forced to care
