Story: What happened? I poked nyxeline with an offensive message saying something along the lines of "you're gay" and got pulled into a spacer without a heads up by Nyx and Mixers, they told me to explain myself and I said multiple times that I do not wish to speak about my actions as long as Mix3rz was in the channel as I am not comfortable speaking with him due to him having some sort of grudge against my friend group on Teamspeak. I feel that a permanent ban is too harsh and that Mix3rz was thinking more through his emotions and not as a staff member should as he also made fun of my accent once through the sit, but as I don't have proof of that it never happened.
Proof: Any proof that clearly shows what happened.
Extra Information: Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I asked to speak with Nyx about my actions but Mix3rz refused to leave. An apology was sent to Eline and they are fine.

I think its been long enough that a permanent ban should be removed. Its debatable that you should even have been perma banned in the first place

Since you state that the person who received the comment (Eline) is now fine with you and accepted your apology I think that your permaban should at least be shortened, since it's clear that you put effort into fixing this situation.



But for the next times think twice before making a joke to someone who may not take it as easily as other friends or people you know (I'm not justifying the permaban tho)
