Story/Situation - What happened? I killed Hiro when he was getting gas in our district cause apparently the gas in the F4 menu doesn't matter which is my bad. According to CEO, he had to deal with this (while I was cm banned) with Onion a few months ago. I was never informed of this rule because I was CM banned. Personally, I don't know how this is my fault as I was banned when this unwritten rule was added
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? CEO can't handle as he made JMT warn me.

4.15 Purchasing/Claiming Properties & Areas - You may only purchase multiple properties if you have enough people to occupy each property. There should be at least one person per property. The owner of a property is the person that owns the main door. When taking over a district all buildings must be owned and have one person for each property. You may not take over a district that contains any occupied structures (including structures without conventional doors) that are not affiliated with your group.

Districts with NPCs cannot be blocked and players must have full access to NPCs, interactable entities (ie. dumpsters / gas pumps) and all of their services.

The player must also be able to leave after using the NPC, except where other rules state otherwise. (E.G: Police cannot scrap cars and therefore do not need access to the car scrapper.)

You get a better deal opening the f4 menu and buying gas. We also did the trade thing and checked that you had the unlimited fuel upgrade. You did the whole thing just to loophole said rule above and get me punished.
Not to add that there is 2 gas stations on the map for that purpose.
