Such a silly rule, granted in this situation he was already at the gas station, but are they supposed to set up some fucking border patrol and ask everyone who's trying to get in if they're raiding or going for gas. I find it interesting that you refer to it as an “unwritten rule” that you “weren’t informed of” when it’s written right there in the server rules.

Emergency gas is not the same as gas from the gas pump - emergency gas doesn’t actually save to your car when you respawn it, hence why it may seem like it’s cheaper.

If you don’t like the rules, you’re free to make a suggestion to change them but as long as it’s there in the rules, you’re expected to follow it and can be punished for breaking it.

Hey Smol,

I have read your Appeal and talked to Xnator about your mentioned community ban, and I came instantly to the conclusion to deny this appeal.
First of all I was talking to Xnator about the Community Unban and he told me:

The reply template for accepted cm ban appeals tell them to refamiliarise themselves with the server rules!

You should've re-read the SSRP Rules again if you rejoin or return from a ban to avoid it happening again. If you're unsure about something then Its appericiated to double check the rules instead of using your cm ban as an excuse.

Second of all; You're claiming that these are "unwritten rules / weren't informed of" whilst they're clearly in the SSRP Server Rules. As if I have checked on the forums from the start of your community ban to the present they've mentioned every updated rules in the Meeting Outcomes

My last point: Make sure you familiarise yourself with the server rules otherwise you're going to meet with the required punishments, also you can always message a Staff Member or the Community Managers if you're unsure about something, you make a suggestion, or you double check on the Server Rules
