It also says in the ethos not to punish people when a simple talking to would rectify the situation.

Right, so rule 1.7 I did not harass anyone, 1.93 I used a couple of loud taunts, One or two of which were unintentional, 1.8 Not even going to comment... 1.91 as stated I didn't have the best attitude and I apologize, However basically all 4 you've stated seem irrelevant.

Now with the ethos in mind, I broke a minor rule which had no impact on anyone on the server as they didn't care, If you for whatever reason took offense to me using the word bitch, you could have told me not to say it, however, you did not do this you instead went for a straight-up punishment for something simple as petty as me using the word bitch to a user who did not care, If I was disrespectful to the point where It was getting offensive to yourself and/or other users a straight-up punishment would seem necessary yes, but I did not offend anyone.

EDIT: Do not tell me you gave a verbal for this, You did not at no stage was I told "don't be disrespectful" because hell this was probably the first time it happened, verbals were given out to others who were being rather disrespectful, but I myself had not been disrespectful before this, nor was anything targetted towards yourself or another member of staff, I called the trap that killed me a bitch and I called Kai a bitch, at no point, did I ever call yourself a bitch.

Harrasment- apparantly he didn't care about it, you don't decide who gets offended by what

Respect- it says jokes are allowed and again box said kai didn't mind

Listen to staff-he stopped playing the taunt when people complained about it so no clue why this was brought up

Web taunts- unrelated rule break and he wasn't appealing this warn

None of this really shows he should've been warned tbh

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. After reading through it and consulting both you and Master, I have come to the conclusion to deny it. This is because Master is adamant that not only did he give you several verbal warnings for disrespecting users, but that you disrespected him throughout the night, which is what led to you being warned. You have no evidence to suggest that this is not the case, and therefore it is your word against his. You also picked up 2 more punishments in one sitting which proves you were generally not following the rules. You may wish to make another appeal if you can gather evidence to suggest that you were only disrespectful to Kai and that he didn't mind, but for now
