TOPIC: [Deathrun] Punishment Appeal

Story/Situation - What happened? I called Kai a bitch or maybe said "You little bitch" once I died to a trap I can't quite remember which one I was punished for, In the case of saying it to Kai, he didn't care and I don't think I said it in a disrespectful way, I was meaning it more as a joke to say the least.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? I apologize for my disrespectful behaviour, I did not intend it to come across as disrespect.

wtf unless Kai reported it and seriously took offense I don't know why you would be warned for that. Even then you should have got a verbal first.

I will not be handling this because you're going to say that I am based.

Regardless, I personally spoke with Master, and I was on the teamspeak and in-game when you got warned.

Reasons why I think this shouldn't be accepted:
- You're a really nice guy, from the impressions I had so far, but you clearly lost some of your good behaviour because you were influenced by the people surrounding you.
- Your attitude towards getting your warn appealed was "It is so much effort. I would just like for it to be removed" - kind of gave me a feeling that you feel like you should be an exception because you are a staff member on some other server/because you were on the teamspeak?
- When I webtaunt muted Kai for spamming an Earrape taunt, you continued spamming the non-earrape version of it, which is also quite loud, and multiple people complained and Master asked you to stop. The fact that it interrupts other players, and staff, means it wasn't in place, so I think your overall behaviour was a bit disrespectful, and I expected more of someone who staffs on a different server.

In conclusion, I want to see you on the deathrun server more, because so far it was fun with you, but please improve your attitude a littlebit Everyone wants to enjoy playing.

everyone took the piss on that report because it was "just a joke" or whatever so if one person is allowed to do it everyone should be

Handling

I've looked in the logs and you weren't acting too bad in the chat. I wouldn't classify any of it as disrespect but I don't know about voice. Nogtog is handling this so if it's an unappropriate punishment it'll be removed, this is also why I encouraged you to appeal your punishment on the forums if you felt it was unjust.

No matter how bad you previously were calling someone who didn't mind a bitch shouldn't get you warned

1.7 - Harassment
Harassing anyone, staff or not is not allowed. This means continuously annoying someone when they have/or a staff member has told you to stop. When they stay stop, stop.

1.8 - Respect
Disrespecting someone or generally being rude in game is not allowed, if it's as a joke, keep it so it will not offend anyone else; the target of this joke must accept that it's a joke.

1.91 - Listen to / Respect Staff
When a staff member lays out an instruction, you should follow it. If it objects to the rules, contact a Lead Team member.


1.93 - Web Taunts
All taunts from the Web Taunts system must follow the ZARP TOU and all other Deathrun rules. Do not use any taunts that are disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, etc. or anything else that breaks any other rules. This includes anything disruptive (including, but not limited to, loud or high pitched noises).
