This is because Master is adamant that not only did he give you several verbal warnings for disrespecting users, but that you disrespected him throughout the night, which is what led to you being warned. You have no evidence to suggest that this is not the case, and therefore it is your word against his. You also picked up 2 more punishments in one sitting which proves you were generally not following the rules. You may wish to make another appeal if you can gather evidence to suggest that you were only disrespectful to Kai and that he didn't mind, but for now
