Story/Situation - What happened?

Come up ladder to see that Broken is looking at an innocent body. I take DNA from the body at which point BrokeN starts shooting another player. I join the gunfight and kill BrokeN and end up getting killed myself.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
The rules state you have to ask for a reason unless you have no doubts. I was going to ask until BrokeN started shooting another player at which point I joined the gunfight as I had no doubts that he was a t and it is therefore not rdm. BrokeN asked for the report to be rushed as he had to go which is fair enough but I wasn't able to give my side of the story which is unfair as I didn't break any rules.

After reviewing your case, I've spoken with the handling admin, I believe the report was handled wrong as obviously, he didn't get your side of the story. Technically this is a rule break as you couldn't be certain if broken had a valid reason or not, however at the same time he was double kosed and had just killed another guy. You're extremely active on the server and aren't one to break rules and I feel as though with a case like this you should have just been given a verbal warning rather than the punishment without hearing your side. And because of this I have ultimately decided to accept the appeal but would like to tell you to be more careful in the future.
