After reviewing your case, I've spoken with the handling admin, I believe the report was handled wrong as obviously, he didn't get your side of the story. Technically this is a rule break as you couldn't be certain if broken had a valid reason or not, however at the same time he was double kosed and had just killed another guy. You're extremely active on the server and aren't one to break rules and I feel as though with a case like this you should have just been given a verbal warning rather than the punishment without hearing your side. And because of this I have ultimately decided to accept the appeal but would like to tell you to be more careful in the future.
