Story/Situation - DrHexDex walked out of the tower with his gun. Someone dies right in front of him and I suspect he is the killer. I begin shooting 2 times at the body. I then stop and type in the chat, asking him "Why did you kill him?" Before I can type that, I get killed by GodInDisguise?
Extra Information - This has been closed already by MrSoler but i am reopening this again.

Mr Soler gave me this as a reason for denial:

Kessi you shot first and the guy ask why,
and after that you proceed to kill him.

I did not kill him. I shot him twice. I still believe that the punishment was completely unjust and that my opinions are being completely disregarded.

A little bit confused. You claim to shoot at the body but at the end of the appeal you claim to have shot Dehex twice. Based on the writing it seems like your broke a rule ARDM and RDM fall under the same rule. If you did not ask him first before you shot him you RDMed him. Nothing unjust about the punishment itself. Hello Kessi,

After talking with some staff members and talking about that situation i have decided to accept this appeal because you have explained this situation and it seemed like a honest mistake,

as the staff ethos states:

Our aim as a staff team is improve the experience for the people in the community, not to interrupt them whilst they are playing when it isn’t needed. We don’t want people that break very minor rules that have no impact on other people or servers being needlessly punished when a simple talk can resolve the situation.

A simple talk or a verbal would have resolved this quite easily. Nonetheless you broke a rule so think about your decisions in the future and maybe re-read the Rules.
