You got an official for this? People do be really reaching. Heck, even if you said no thats no reason to give you an official as no one reached out to you about this situation?

Whom ever brought him up please learn how to be a lead team member if you didn't reach out to him before bringing him up. At this point, SSRP just continues to deteriorate with these actions.

About the gang chat, it's the exact same thing when Xnator livestreams ssrp and shows the whole admin chat.

Being spoken to about the situation in question would’ve been a much better idea, you should always alert the staff member of their wrongdoings before bringing them up as that has always been the approach as there can be two sides to the story if you speak to the staff member about their actions.

I've had to go through your appeal multiple times because I just couldn't find it comprehensible that an official warning would be issued for something as stupid as this. This could have been easily resolved with a quick chat on TeamSpeak, Discord, or even in-game. During my time as SA and HA (LT in general), we would never do something like this - Official warnings would be issued to staff who we have evidence of misusing their powers, being racist, affecting people's experience to a large degree, and stuff as such. You've got no reason to be upset because You've obviously haven't done anything serious or problematic to the extent where you had to be dealt with in such an ignorant and thoughtless way.

There is obviously a huge problem (if not more) within the highest ranks of the community that needs to be dealt with accordingly because at this point everything is just spiralling out of control. If the LT seriously don't reconsider their decision about this, then you should seriously rethink whether or not you should even bother wasting your precious time working for such people, because if this appeal gets denied, it's just an obvious sign as to how much they "appreciate" or "value" your time, presence, and hard work within the community.

Hello everyone, after reflecting on some extra information I gathered after speaking with chute and honest I have acted upon it. They told me two other things, the first being me leaking staff chat, to which I responded with Xnator streams all the time and staff chat is shown. Chute said that he blocked chat, but I went through his last 2 VODs and the chat was shown the whole stream. In my opinion what I put in my gang chat was acceptable, as I was simply warning my gang members not to say anything or else they might receive a ban. Secondly, I have reached out to Hazzenator to apologize for something I said at the time of spoons’ ban, I said that the decision to ban after two recents would be biased. Which I have reflected on and apologized to him about. I hope this clears up some confusion as I reached out to Chute on ts yesterday.
