Punishment Reason - Racism(I dont know the exact wording, however it is along the lines of letting users get away with racism)

Server - Which server did this occur on? SSRP S1

Story/Situation - What happened?
Narexa was doing racist coinflips and I then muted Narexa for saying the n word in OOC, Xnator then put this in staff chat:
[Admin Chat] (Owner) TheXnator: If he does it again just perm ban him <3
I then put this message in my gang chat:

CEO of Business (GANG): [Admin Chat] (Owner) TheXnator: If he does it again just perm ban him <3
CEO of Business (GANG): UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
CEO of Business (GANG): how about no

Now this is all just a misunderstanding, as I was not referencing Narexa's ban when I said this. I was saying no in gang chat to tell my gang members not to be racist, because then they would possibly receive a ban, (especially because miss legend was just muted for racism.) Therefore, I was not encouraging racism nor was I disagreeing with the ban of Narexa.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? I wish that the lead team would have reached out to me for an explanation before I received this warning, then this whole ordeal could have been avoided.

I mean even if you are saying no to xnator I don't blame you. Perm banning someone over saying a single racist word? This isnt 2016-7 like jesus. What a petty fucking punishment and official lol

Really stupid how you punish someone but they give you ann official for not punishing whatever LT voted on this needs to not be so stupid like come on CEO is easily the BEST admin on SSRP atm and I'd even say he's better than some LT atm yet they still give an official

I love how staff get officials for things like this but yet the things that have been done in the past by you know who (with evidence that is sufficient) yet they're untouched

also I don't see how you've let anyone away with racist, did it happen again? did you actually let it slide? I'd assume not and it's someone taking this literally

I'd like to hear why a talking to isn't preferred over just slapping a warning over the counter.

Why the fck are members of staff STILL TO THIS DAY given official warnings without being talked to first, this is something that I had to deal with 2 years ago, surely by now, you'd realize that it's a better idea to talk to people first before you assume things and cause situations like these.
