TOPIC: [TTT Punishment Appeal] Not for me btw

I'm doing this for my stepbrother because he has No Idea how to use the forums nor get onto them and make an account.

Story/Situation - What happened?
My brother was pushed by a player and he shouted to me asking if he could kill him because of it. I said yes if they pushed you near an edge or something that could harm/kill you. He then kills the player and gets reported so he shouts me in to ask me what it is. I said to say that he pushed you near the edge if he did and you will be fine. He then shouts saying he was warned by jewce. I then contacted juice via /trade asking why he warned him and he said that the story got mixed up so he decided to warn him because of his past warns which aren't even active??? I said that it was two contrasting stories that he didn't know which was true and he was not provided any evidence from the individuals.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? I have a recording of Jewce admitting that there was no evidence and he warned him because the story was mixed.
I personally have nothing against Jewce and I think he is a really good staff member, he probably just got confused aswell in all this.

It's fine if nothing can be done because of the low evidence it's just for my step brothers sake because he just started getting into the server

Maybe if your brother provided evidence that i asked for, didnt jumble the story in chat constantly, i wouldnt have warned him.

He jumbled the story because he was confused, he was trying to explain to him that I told him he could kill him if he pushed him.

if i am honest, i shouldn't have been so sloppy with my warns here, i will say that your brother is fairly new and i should have taken that into consideration. Just try and introduce him to the rules better. This should get accepted soon.
