Story/Situation - What happened?
I was chilling in the server and I was talking to someone and he bought up the words of homophobia. I said how it can be mistaken and shit for being homophobia when it isn't and that my nan used to ask if I wanted "Faggot" For dinner when I used to go to hers and that I used to say how it meant something else and I said if you heard that don't take it in the wrong way like it has other meanings I didn't aim it at anyone it was just a meal of chopped up liver but as I told my nan it also was an offensive word for gay she then said oh so I cant call you it. He then gagged me and I tried explaining I didn't call anyone that word or use it to intentially offend anyone at any time I was putting it into context of a true and completely different story. I am sorry and I didn't know someone could be effected by me saying that.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
The player I was talking to about the story was Macaroni Cheese and he even said that he was talking about a story and I didn't say anything homophobic or loopholing! (Nobody was effected by this because they were understanding I think ross may of just got it complicated and thought I was intentionally saying this just for the fun but I wasn't.)

you did say the word and ross did have the right to gag you even if you put it in another context

In my opinion it can be really considered loopholing so i dont see any problem with that gag.

After speaking with ross, considering that you have a previous punnishment for homophobia and this can indeed be counted as loophole I'll have to leave this appeal
