Bruh what reason would an Inno ha e to plant a c4?? it takes a minimum of 45 seconds to detonate meaning you can’t use it to kill kosed players and placing one as an Inno resulting in killing someone is obviously RDM even if you armed it for 10 minutes as a joke and some dumbass defused it

I don't know what happened but seeing Harry's rapsheet it's not ban worthy especially not 5 weeks ban worthy. He didn't LTAP, he accepted the punnishments he got but then apparently kept on doing it.

Being on the edge of breaking the rules is still not breaking the rules. In Sweden we have a saying "Close didn't shoot the hare".

What I'm basically trying to say is that I don't think that he should've gotten a 5 week ban from it. I'd say mostly 1-3 days just to show "hey we don't tolerate your behaviour here, here's some time to think about your behaviour". If he would've continued being mingy after that I'd understand the 5 week ban.

Honestly wouldn't want you on the server period the way you're been acting on there lately, you're almost always trying to get anyway with rule breaking. As can be seen on your rap sheet, your punishments aren't just your typical RDM punishments, but are rather severe punishments that are intentional and harmful. You should know better. I have spoken with Kurze and other admins and we have decided to DENY this appeal. You attitude recently has been poor and I have seen how you have acted in the past so for now this ban will not be removed or shortened. There are other situations which are not on the rapsheet but still are not allowed/ acceptable on the server. If you have any evidence to prove any of the accusations of racism are false please message me via discord.

Feel free to play other servers to prove your attitude has changed for the better and this may be rethought but for now the ban is staying.
