What I'm basically trying to say is that I don't think that he should've gotten a 5 week ban from it. I'd say mostly 1-3 days just to show "hey we don't tolerate your behaviour here, here's some time to think about your behaviour". If he would've continued being mingy after that I'd understand the 5 week ban.
