First of all that wasnt a display of poor attitude, it was me stating my personal views on current zarp matters, Im sorry you cant see that.
Not only this, its not a fact of you "letting me off the hook", I was punished for an in game event that I shouldn't have been.

Oh I beg to differ, using a pistol is legal, murder isn’t. I was no threat to you because I had no reason to cause harm to someone or yourself therefore your reasoning for arresting me is invalid. This isn’t SRP and you should take a read over the SSRP rules and direct me to where it says I can be arrested for using a pistol.

Last time I checked it specifies that holding or possessing a pistol is allowed, however shooting it in public therefore being a threat to all of our safety is arrest able/KOSable. As it says in the rules, a valid AOS also counts as "engaging in combat". And shooting in the area of a group of police officers in my opinion is engaging in combat as I was threatened. It specifies in the rules that holding a pistol is allowed, maybe you should write your rules better to include this one you made up on the spot to aid your gang in a raid.

I was not engaging in combat and only shot the pistol in the air, I had no reason to kill any cops and I was not partaking in the raid. Also what a load of bullshit you are coming up with, this will get handled soon don’t you worry

Tbf pal I'm not trying to "cause" shit that was made when you did this fuck up because we both know that you know discharging (shooting) a pistol is illegal because I remember constantly asking back when the rules kept changing and you said if pistols are shot they can be arrested ever since that I've done it and never got warned for doing it. So you knew what u were doing. Just remove his warn and acknowledge your error and everyone will be happy.

Hello Markus,

After a discussion with Clarky about the situation that took place prior to the punishment getting issued, I have come to the conclusion to deny this appeal.

Clarky stated that he was arrested for shooting a pistol at no one and that he wasn’t putting anyone’s life under threat - Hence why we have agreed that the punishment that was put in place is quite valid.

Take your time to re-read the server rules and also work on your attitude as I was informed that it was, and still is, quite poor.
