After a discussion with Clarky about the situation that took place prior to the punishment getting issued, I have come to the conclusion to deny this appeal.

Clarky stated that he was arrested for shooting a pistol at no one and that he wasn’t putting anyone’s life under threat - Hence why we have agreed that the punishment that was put in place is quite valid.

Take your time to re-read the server rules and also work on your attitude as I was informed that it was, and still is, quite poor.
