Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the punishment(s)?
Arresting for shooting a pistol.

Story/Situation - What happened?
Clarky was carelessly discharging his weapon which is a danger to the public, so I arrested him.
We all know that holding or storing a pistol on your hot bar is allowed and not arrestable, However, carelessly shooting your pistol is a threat to the general public and to the safety of the surrounding officers so I arrested him.
If we read the Random death match rules, you can see that a valid KOS reason is "The player acts threatening towards you."
As a police officer, arresting a user that is threatening or a danger to the public is valid. I could have alternatively killed the threatening suspect however I elected to arrest him and put an end to his terror.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
No broccoli/broccoli allies may handle.

First of all that wasnt a display of poor attitude, it was me stating my personal views on current zarp matters, Im sorry you cant see that.
Not only this, its not a fact of you "letting me off the hook", I was punished for an in game event that I shouldn't have been.

Oh I beg to differ, using a pistol is legal, murder isn’t. I was no threat to you because I had no reason to cause harm to someone or yourself therefore your reasoning for arresting me is invalid. This isn’t SRP and you should take a read over the SSRP rules and direct me to where it says I can be arrested for using a pistol.
