I posted my opinion on jusu being banned saying he did not do anything since its a joke.
then got fricking banned
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly shows what happened?

I can not find in the tou or policies where it says I cannot MENTION them.
again it was my opinion, not a discussion at all I was not at all expecting any response.

The issue here is that you were told to stop and continued - If you have an issue with something that a Community Manager is doing, you need to come and contact a CM Team member about it rather than continuing.

You can obviously argue that it was just mentioning the name, however when it is something that has been happening a lot to the point where it's just pretty silly, and you're told to stop multiple times, including being muted, you should get the memo that you're supposed to stop or you're going to get into more trouble.

You can argue all you want on whether or not it's against TOU, but there is a clear rule that states that a staff member's word is final. When you continue like that, it just looks as though you're trying to cause drama and that'll make it worse for yourself.

I wasn't trying to cause drama, Jusu is making an extensive unban appeal and i am trying to get the word out to free jusu so when it does come to the admins inbox they can free my man

Hello Joshua, Although I can understand that it doesn't say in the rules specifically mentioning, you were repeatedly told by Clarky to stop mentioning him and yet you continued to mention him. Therefore for that reason I am denying this ban appeal and I hope that when you come back you will try to cause less arguements and it is only a 12 hour ban.
