The issue here is that you were told to stop and continued - If you have an issue with something that a Community Manager is doing, you need to come and contact a CM Team member about it rather than continuing.

You can obviously argue that it was just mentioning the name, however when it is something that has been happening a lot to the point where it's just pretty silly, and you're told to stop multiple times, including being muted, you should get the memo that you're supposed to stop or you're going to get into more trouble.

You can argue all you want on whether or not it's against TOU, but there is a clear rule that states that a staff member's word is final. When you continue like that, it just looks as though you're trying to cause drama and that'll make it worse for yourself.
