Story/Situation -
We were like 6 people raiding the bank. Jordz came and blew up the vault dupe that one of us put down so one of us replaced the dupe. Tinky asked each one of us who was it so I told the truth and I told him if he warns me that he will be wrong. Tinky warned me afterwards.

Extra Information -
Lying to staff is not a valid reason to warn as I heard from others.

Scam force

Stop lying on your appeal mate, You forgot to add that you all ganged up and said it was one person then it was another and then it was another, You were trolling because you were with your wee fan boys.

Handling

After speaking to tinky I have been told that you claimed that the person that was pasting the dupe down wasn't even participating in the bank raid (name was Wonky or something like that). Am I correct in saying this?

However the only people who were involved was Hellforce, Ascenda & Flash. Then those 5 basicly said it was Wonky then 1 second later they all changed there mind to another player who wasn't even in the bank and then changed back to Wonky just before they got the warn. It was a stressful situation however Twinky handled it perfectly and they deserve the warning.

you don't punish people solely for lying to staff; you can however use their honesty or lack thereof as a factor in determining the severity of a punishment for a separate rulebreak, which is why it is often mentioned in reasons for punishments.

this isn't a rule and there's no conclusive evidence to prove a singular person's fault for the pasting of the dupe so no punishment should be handed out, irregardless of the level of honesty displayed by those involved.

I didnt even know who pasted it and i still got warned, how can i tell you if i dont know dude thats stupid.

And also after Tinky said "I will warn you all for lying to staff" I told him the truth which is clearly in the screenshot evidence.
Also as every other person said, there is no rule about "lying to staff" which I got a warning of.
