Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the punishment(s)? RDM

Story/Situation - What happened? he run off with a suicide bomb and as i start shooting him he said in chat that he had a t weapon and then slayed and warned me. I double checked chat before to make sure that he didn't say it before which he didn't.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? a lot of people also saw this and heard this.

2.6 Valid KOS Reasons
There are many KOS reasons and they all work in different situations and scenarios, here are a few:

- Holding/Using a Traitor only weapon without announcing that he got it from a traitor.

It says nothing about that you need to announce it in the text chat and if I am not stupid he said something in the voice chat,

Missing factor here is that he might not have said he got it from a T, saying "I have a T weapon, I killed a T!" is very different from "I have a suicide bomb" and then running away. Lots of variables here.

Not everyone has voice enabled on so it isn't really useful to announce key info via voice chat

If harry would have not said that he heared it in voice, would be fine then. But he already admitted to hearing it and just ignoring it

Oh yeah im not saying this should be accepted. In my opinion its pretty clear that Harry knew full well the guy had announced that he had a traitor weapon and after seeing it wasnt in chat killed him to be a cunt.

Hey Harry, thanks for making this appeal, and sorry for the long delay.
After talking to you, Andy, and various other trustworthy people who were on at the time, who are all very familiar with the rules and have been around for a while, the vast majority of people were in agreement that Andy hadn't announced it in text chat much before you shot him, if at all before you shot him. However, according to rule 2.6,

2.6 Valid KOS Reasons
- Holding/Using a Traitor only weapon without announcing that he got it from a traitor.

you can be killed for not announcing that you got it from a traitor, which he didn't do when he typed out that he had a traitor weapon, nor when he called out in voice chat that he had a bomb, regardless of whether he announced it 30 seconds before or as you shot him. Because of this, I have decided to accept this appeal, and your warning will be removed shortly. However, in future be sure to be more wary to ensure a situation like this doesn't happen again.
