Hey Harry, thanks for making this appeal, and sorry for the long delay.
After talking to you, Andy, and various other trustworthy people who were on at the time, who are all very familiar with the rules and have been around for a while, the vast majority of people were in agreement that Andy hadn't announced it in text chat much before you shot him, if at all before you shot him. However, according to rule 2.6,you can be killed for not announcing that you got it from a traitor, which he didn't do when he typed out that he had a traitor weapon, nor when he called out in voice chat that he had a bomb, regardless of whether he announced it 30 seconds before or as you shot him. Because of this, I have decided to accept this appeal, and your warning will be removed shortly. However, in future be sure to be more wary to ensure a situation like this doesn't happen again.
