Story/Situation - What happened?

I was doing my drug run and ran into the mines to hide. Clarky put a heli on me so they could find me.

Jack entered the mines with the intention to RIP my drug run (why would else would you all of a sudden go into the mines after a heli being called upon me)

His reason for warning me was "I was just walking into the mines"

This is horrible. What do you want me to do? Wait until you shoot me with a gluon or M202 and then shoot back? eugh.

Use a "/me stop following me or you will be killed", he only had his keys out so in that instance he wouldn't be able to do anything. You cant even see your wanted sign since you was ducking. You legit shot any cop walking in (im bhoping down the stairs didn't pay any attention to you what so ever untill you shot me in the face.)

I didn't have a clue you was down there. You can clearly see me mindlessly bhoping down and didnt even react to you being up there.

After discussing your appeal with Jack, I have come to the decision to deny it.

As seen in the video, Jack was walking into the mines with nothing in his hands and with no obvious intention to shoot/kill or arrest you. Also, you were crouching behind the rock meaning it was difficult and close to impossible to determine that you were wanted and/or doing a drug run.

I was willing to accept your appeal and remove your warning as you had never been punished in the past, but I was informed by Jamie of your recent rulebreaks which you were forgiven for, they are the following: Using alternate account to do drug runs, Random Death Match, and using alternate account to hold doors...

This Appeal has subsequently been denied.
