After discussing your appeal with Jack, I have come to the decision to deny it.

As seen in the video, Jack was walking into the mines with nothing in his hands and with no obvious intention to shoot/kill or arrest you. Also, you were crouching behind the rock meaning it was difficult and close to impossible to determine that you were wanted and/or doing a drug run.

I was willing to accept your appeal and remove your warning as you had never been punished in the past, but I was informed by Jamie of your recent rulebreaks which you were forgiven for, they are the following: Using alternate account to do drug runs, Random Death Match, and using alternate account to hold doors...

This Appeal has subsequently been denied.
